Raise your pelvis to lift your hips off the ground, keeping your neck against the floor, to form a bridge; keep the weight on your heels and shoulders. Slowly move first one leg a few inches away from your pelvis, then the other. Walk the legs out away from the body a few inches , then walk them back to your starting position. The pelvis will sway from side to side. |
